What it will do
Sell everywhere without overbooking
Rates, availability, restrictions
Each change in BookingEdge is sent to every connected channel for the room types and rate plans you map.
Bookings in, automatically
New, modified and cancelled OTA bookings arrive in the front office calendar and take rooms from the shared inventory.
No duplicates
Every OTA booking is matched on the OTA's own booking number, so retries and re-sends never create a second booking.
Retries and full re-syncs
Failed updates retry automatically, a regular full re-sync corrects any drift, and each request is logged.
Credentials kept safe
Partner credentials are stored encrypted per property and never shown again after saving.
Status you can see
A sync log and error report per channel, so staff know what was sent and what needs attention.
Today: OTA bookings are entered in BookingEdge with the OTA and its booking number. Each number can be entered once, and when a connection goes live the same number is how incoming bookings are matched.
